Pinellas County Face Covering Ordinance 20-14 Guidance for Restaurants and Bars

The owner, operator, manager, and employees of bars and restaurants are all responsible for making sure that everyone follows the new rules.

Every employee preparing or serving food or beverage, or having customer contact, must wear a face covering indoors and outdoors.

This includes kitchen or food preparation staff, bartenders, servers, etc., indoors and out.

Never seat more than 10 people at a table.

Customers do not need to wear face coverings when dining or consuming beverages.

Keep tables and parties six feet apart to reduce risk.
